Ingredients

How to Use

Vitamin E is a fat-soluble antioxidant the body uses to protect cells from oxidative stress.

We use natural d-alpha-tocopherol, the bioactive form, chosen for its purity and compatibility with sensitive tissue. Each insert delivers 100 IU, 2.5x the dose of our original formula and the same amount used in published clinical research.

How long does one box last?

Each box contains 24 inserts. With our recommended 4 to 5 day per week use, one box typically lasts about 5 to 6 weeks.

What's the difference between ESoothe Ultra and your original ESoothe?

ESoothe Ultra contains 100 IU of natural vitamin E per insert. That's 2.5x the dose of our original ESoothe formula (38 IU). It's the same clean plant-based base, but formulated for women who want stronger, more noticeable support.

Is it normal to feel slight discomfort when first using ESoothe Ultra?

Some women experience mild sensitivity during the first few uses, especially if tissue is very dry. This typically resolves as your body adjusts. If you're sensitive, try starting with half a suppository, and discontinue use if discomfort persists.

I have very sensitive or dry tissue. Any recommendations?

Yes. For very sensitive or dry tissue, we recommend starting with half a suppository while lying down at bedtime. You can also lubricate the suppository and external area before insertion. Give your body time to adjust over the first week or two before increasing to a full insert.

Can I use ESoothe Ultra if I'm using estradiol or another hormone therapy?

ESoothe Ultra is hormone-free and many women use it alongside estrogen therapy for additional localized nourishment. However, always check with your healthcare provider before combining products, especially if you have specific medical conditions.

My ESoothe Ultra was left in heat. Are they still usable?

If the suppositories have melted or significantly softened, we recommend not using them, as the consistency and shape are important for proper insertion. Store in a cool, dry place below 77°F (25°C). If you received a damaged order, please contact our support team.
