We stand behind every product we make. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, reach out to us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right — whether that's a refund, replacement, or store credit. We want you to feel confident ordering from us, so the process is simple: email us and we'll take care of you.

How to Reach Us

         A short note about what happened or how we can help

We'll respond within one business day and work with you on the best resolution. In most cases, we can resolve it quickly over email.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or something was missing or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve it quickly. Include your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We'll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund, including any original shipping charges — your choice.

Subscriptions

If you're on a subscription and want to cancel, skip a shipment, or change your delivery schedule, you can manage everything from your account or email us at support@newlifenaturals.com. Cancel anytime — we just ask that you let us know before your next renewal date so we don't ship an order you didn't want.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once we process the refund on our end (usually within a few business days), your bank or card issuer typically takes another 5 to 10 business days to post it to your account. If it's been longer than that, email us and we'll look into it.

A Few Things to Note

         Gift cards, promotional items, and final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.

         Bundles and multi-pack promotions are returned as a set. If you return a single item from a bundle, we may refund a pro-rated amount based on the discount applied to the full bundle.

         Gifts are refunded as store credit in the recipient's name, unless the original purchaser requests otherwise.

         Refused or undeliverable packages are refunded for the product cost once we receive them back, minus any original shipping.

         Abuse of this guarantee — such as excessive returns or clear misuse — may result in us declining future returns or restricting future orders, at our reasonable discretion.

We only ship within the United States. Return terms for any future international shipping will be posted separately.

We may update this Return Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Your return rights are governed by the policy in effect at the time of your purchase.
