If you are a resident of California, Washington, Nevada, Connecticut, Colorado, Virginia, or another state with specific privacy rights, please see the sections below titled "Your Privacy Rights" and "Additional Information for California Residents" for rights that may apply to you.
For important additional information about how we handle sensitive health data related to menopause, women's health, and wellness, please see our separate Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
The Site is intended for users located in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, please be aware that U.S. privacy laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction, and any information we collect will be processed under U.S. law.
1. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the revised policy on the Site and update the "Last Updated" date at the top. For significant changes, we may also notify you by email or through a notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
2. Information We Collect
The types of personal information we collect depend on how you interact with us. We may collect the following categories of personal information:
• Contact information — such as your first and last name, email address, postal address, and phone number.
• Account information — such as your username, password, and account preferences.
• Demographic information — such as your age, gender, date of birth, and general location.

Payment card details are processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers on our systems.

Additional protections for this category of information are described in our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
• Communications — records of your communications with us, including emails, chat messages, text messages, customer service calls, and social media messages.
• Marketing preferences — your subscription status, communication preferences, and how you interact with our marketing emails and text messages.
• User-generated content — such as product reviews, photos, testimonials, comments, and other content you submit on the Site or our social media pages.
• Other information — any other information you choose to provide, which we will use as described in this Privacy Policy or as disclosed at the time of collection.
3. Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain information about your device and use of the Site, including:
• Device information — such as your IP address, device type, operating system, browser type and version, screen resolution, unique device identifiers, and general geographic location inferred from your IP address.
• Usage information — such as pages you view, links you click, searches you perform, the date and time of your visits, the referring website, and the duration of your sessions.
• Shopping behavior — such as products you view, add to cart, abandon, and purchase.
4. How We Collect Information
We collect personal information from several sources:
• Directly from you — when you create an account, place an order, sign up for our email or text list, complete a quiz or questionnaire, contact customer support, leave a review, or otherwise interact with us.
• Automatically — through cookies, tracking pixels, and similar technologies when you visit the Site, as described in Section 5.
• From third parties — such as social media platforms (if you interact with us there or log in using a social account), advertising partners, retailers that sell our products, referral partners, and service providers that help us operate our business.
If you provide us with personal information about another person (for example, in a "refer a friend" program), you represent that you have the authority to do so and that the other person has consented to our use of their information as described in this Privacy Policy.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We and our service providers use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the Site, analyze how it is used, personalize your experience, and deliver relevant advertising. The main types we use include:
• Cookies — small text files stored on your device that help us remember your preferences, keep you signed in, and understand how you use the Site.
• Pixels and web beacons — small pieces of code embedded in web pages and emails that help us understand whether you have viewed a page or opened a message, and how you interact with our content.
• Session replay and analytics tools — which may record interactions such as clicks, scrolls, and mouse movements to help us diagnose issues and improve the Site.
• Chat tools — which use cookies and similar technologies to enable customer support features.
• Advertising and analytics partners — which may set cookies or pixels on the Site to help us measure performance and show you relevant ads on other websites, social media platforms, and apps (including Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, and similar platforms).
Most browsers let you adjust cookie settings or block cookies altogether. Doing so may affect how the Site works. Some browsers send "Do Not Track" signals; we do not currently respond to these signals, but we do honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as described in the "Your Privacy Rights" section.
You can manage your preferences for advertising cookies and similar tools using industry opt-out tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance (www.aboutads.info/choices) and the Network Advertising Initiative (www.networkadvertising.org/choices), or directly through the privacy settings of platforms such as Google, Meta, and TikTok.
6. How We Use Personal Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
• To provide products and services — including processing and fulfilling orders, managing subscriptions, handling returns and refunds, and providing customer support.
• To operate and improve the Site — including personalizing your experience, remembering your preferences, testing new features, and analyzing usage.
• To communicate with you — including sending order confirmations, shipping updates, account notices, customer service responses, surveys, and other transactional messages.
• For marketing — including sending promotional emails and text messages (where you have consented), delivering targeted advertising on third-party platforms, and sharing information about new products, offers, and content you may find relevant.
• For safety and compliance — including investigating and preventing fraud, responding to adverse event reports, complying with legal obligations (including FDA reporting requirements where applicable), enforcing our Terms of Service, and protecting our rights and the rights of others.
• For business operations — including auditing, data analysis, research, corporate transactions (such as a merger or sale of assets), and other legitimate business purposes.
• With your consent — for any other purpose disclosed to you at the time we collect the information.
We may combine information we collect from different sources, and we may de-identify or aggregate information so that it no longer identifies you. We may use de-identified or aggregated information for any lawful purpose.
7. How We Disclose Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. However, certain of our advertising and analytics practices may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under California and other state privacy laws. Details are in the "Your Privacy Rights" and "Additional Information for California Residents" sections below.
We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients:
• Service providers — third parties that help us operate our business, including website hosting, payment processing, order fulfillment, shipping and logistics, customer support, email and SMS delivery, analytics, advertising, data storage, fraud prevention, and professional services. These providers are contractually limited in how they can use your information.
• Advertising and analytics partners — platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, and similar services that help us deliver and measure advertising. Some of these disclosures may constitute "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under applicable law.
• Affiliates — our corporate parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, for purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy.
• Authorities and legal requests — law enforcement, government agencies, courts, or other third parties when we believe disclosure is required by law, necessary to protect our rights or the rights of others, or necessary to investigate fraud or other wrongdoing.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, or in the event of insolvency or bankruptcy.
• With your consent — to any other party when you direct us to do so.
8. How We Protect Information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account or information has been compromised, please contact us immediately at support@newlifenaturals.com.
9. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to provide our products and services, comply with legal and regulatory obligations (including tax, accounting, and FDA recordkeeping requirements), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. The specific retention period depends on the type of information, the purpose of collection, and any legal requirements.
10. Children's Privacy
The Site and our products are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 16. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 16 without verification of parental consent, we will promptly delete that information. If you believe we may have collected information from a child, please contact us at support@newlifenaturals.com.
11. Third-Party Websites and Services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, services, and social media platforms that we do not operate. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party site before providing personal information.

• Decline to provide information — you may choose not to provide certain information, though doing so may limit your ability to use some features or purchase products.
13. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information. These rights are not absolute and may be subject to exceptions permitted by law.

Notice of Financial Incentive
We offer programs that may be considered "financial incentives" under the CCPA, because they provide discounts or benefits in exchange for your personal information. The programs currently offered include:
