  • You're looking for hormone-free moisture support

Nature's Hydrator

1,000x

The weight in water hyaluronic acid can hold.

That's why this one molecule is the gold standard for hydration, in skincare and beyond. Your body already makes it. We just deliver it right where you need it.

Here's what we know about hyaluronic acid, and why we chose to build around it.
  • Moisture Retention

Hyaluronic acid retains up to 1,000× its weight in water, providing sustained localized hydration.

  • Comparable to Estrogen

A 2024 RCT using 5 mg HLA suppositories found no significant difference vs. vaginal estrogen cream at 12 weeks (P=0.81).

  • GSM Prevalence

Up to 50% of postmenopausal women experience genitourinary syndrome, a condition that worsens without treatment.

  • Systematic Review

A 2023 systematic review found topical HA significantly effective for relieving vaginal atrophy symptoms.

The Active

Hyaluronic Acid

Hyaluronic acid is naturally found in the body and known for its ability to attract and hold moisture.

We use a carefully selected, fermentation-derived form chosen for its purity, consistency, and compatibility with sensitive tissue. It's a thoughtful approach to hydration — because not all hyaluronic acid is the same.

The Base

Our Plant-Based Formula

Not all suppository bases are the same.

We use a carefully selected plant-based base derived from palm kernel oil, chosen for its purity, consistency, and performance. Its more controlled melt helps create a cleaner and less messy experience, especially overnight. Non-GMO, no PEGS or synthetic carriers, and never partially hydrogenated.

What to expect.

No magic, no miracle promises. Just a simple rhythm of consistent, gentle hydration, and a formula designed to let your body do what it already knows how to do.

  • 3

Moisture is maintained in the vaginal mucosa, supporting tissue integrity and comfort, including comfort associated with intercourse.

Regular use supports ongoing hydration. Recommended 2 to 3 times per week at bedtime.

  • "It's true — this product is just as good as the ridiculously expensive brand, and you get more inserts too. On a blind test, I couldn't tell them apart. I highly recommend this product. It really works well."

  • "These have been a game changer. The prescription brand I was using was very expensive. My gynecologist recommended I try an OTC suppository to save money — now I'm not even using the script! My body is sensitive to certain products, but I've had no reactions to these."

  • "Finally, a product that works like it says it does. What a huge difference. I wish I'd known about this 10 years ago — atrophy is horrible and very painful. This has really helped."

Frequently Asked Questions

How often should I use HA Inserts?

We recommend using one insert every 2 to 3 days, ideally at bedtime. Many women notice improvements sooner, but we recommend giving it 2 to 3 months of consistent use for full results.

How long does one box last?

At the recommended usage of one insert every 2 to 3 days, the 12-count lasts approximately one month and the 24-count lasts approximately two months.

Can HA Inserts be used as a personal lubricant for intercourse?

No, HA Inserts are not a personal lubricant and are not designed for use during intercourse. Some women choose to use HA Inserts a few hours before intimacy as part of their ongoing hydration routine, but they are not intended as a lubricant. With consistent use over time, many women find that improved tissue hydration contributes to more comfortable and pleasurable intimacy.

Is it normal to feel slight burning or discomfort when first using HA Inserts?

Some women with very dry or sensitive tissue may notice mild burning or tingling the first few times. This is typically temporary and eases as tissue hydration improves. You can also start with half a suppository — simply cut one in half — and work up to a full one as your tissue adjusts. If discomfort persists, discontinue use and consult your doctor.

I have very sensitive or dry tissue — any recommendations?

HA Inserts are specifically formulated for women with sensitive and dry vaginal tissue. For especially dry or sensitive users, we recommend applying a small amount of natural, fragrance-free oil — such as olive oil, coconut oil, or jojoba oil — to the suppository and vaginal opening before inserting. You can also use the lubricant of your choice, though we always prefer all-natural options. If discomfort continues even with lubrication, you can cut a suppository in half to start and work up to a full one as your tissue adjusts.

Can I use HA Inserts if I'm using estradiol or another hormone therapy?

HA Inserts are hormone-free and do not contain estrogen. Many women use hyaluronic acid alongside hormone therapy, but we always recommend checking with your doctor before combining products.

My HA Inserts were left in heat and look melted — are they still usable?

HA Inserts are designed to melt at body temperature, so they can soften if exposed to heat during shipping or storage. Place the package in the refrigerator for a few hours to re-solidify, then return them to room temperature. Once they've returned to their original shape, you can continue using them as normal. Store at room temperature away from direct sunlight and heat.
